ALTER BRIDGE

Bio:

Alter Bridge is an American rock band formed in 2004 in Orlando, Florida. The lineup consists of founder and lead guitarist Mark Tremonti, bassist Brian Marshall, and drummer Scott Phillips, all of whom are also members of Creed, alongside lead vocalist and guitarist Myles Kennedy. Since the band's formation, there have been no line-up changes. Tremonti named the band Alter Bridge after a bridge that once existed on Alter Road near his former home near Detroit, Michigan.

Following Creed's disbandment in 2004, then-former members Tremonti, Marshall, and Phillips began working with Kennedy, formerly of The Mayfield Four. The band has released four studio albums—One Day Remains (2004), Blackbird (2007), AB III (2010), and Fortress (2013)—and two concert films, and has continued to record and tour despite Creed's reunion in 2009. Since then, the two acts have been working simultaneously. The members of Alter Bridge are involved with various other projects, including Creed, solo and session work, and Kennedy's collaborations with former Guns N' Roses guitarist Slash.
