Refund Policy
Returns of Products/Materials
All our products are prepared with care. However, if the product you received is defective, you must inform us within 2 days by email or by phone. The defective product must be sent to us no later than 2 weeks (14 days) from the date you received it. In case you have been sent the wrong product, we will replace it as soon as we receive the returned product in the same condition in which it was sent.
The cost of return is borne by the customer, except in the event that the wrong product was sent.
The customer has the right to choose either to have credit of the same value to buy something else or to be refunded the amount in cash if he had paid in cash. If he had paid by credit card or paypal the amount will be refunded to his account.
Cancellation Policy
After the completion and payment of your order it is not possible to cancel it. For special cases please contact us.
